Does Dafatr work in Arabic?
Yes. The entire interface is Arabic-first, with full RTL layout. Kurdish (Sorani) and English are also supported. You can switch language per user.
Can I run multiple shops?
Yes. From the Pro plan up, you can run multiple shops and warehouses under a single account, with transfers between locations and consolidated reports.
What if my internet goes down?
Dafatr is cloud-based, so internet is needed for live sales. Offline POS mode is on the roadmap for late 2026.
How safe is my data?
Every shop's data is isolated at the database level (Postgres row-level security). All connections use HTTPS. We take encrypted backups every day, retained for 30 days.
How do I pay?
Local cards via Airwallex, international cards via Stripe, and bank transfer for annual plans. Invoiced in IQD with USD reference.
Can I import my existing data?
Yes. We provide a CSV bulk-import wizard for products, customers, and stock. For larger migrations from other systems, our team can help free of charge on Pro and Scale plans.
